ABOUT DARLYNNE
Darlynne Reyes Menkin started her career as a writer and producer and worked her way up to a reporter and anchor. At one point, she even got the opportunity to run her own news department when she was promoted to News Director. Her television market experience includes Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Las Vegas and San Diego. She is currently a freelance travel writer which allows her to combine her two great loves - journalism and tourism!  Darlynne has been honored with numerous journalism awards throughout her career including a Golden Mike, San Diego Press Club and the YMCA Friends in the Media Award.
